All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days at email@example.com to alert us of the damage. Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
The item(s) being returned must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Once the item is received, you will be notified and all items returned will be inspected. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund for the purchase price card or exchange the item. Your account will be credited per your credit card issuer's policies.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are nonrefundable.
